How to get help

Email us at angelonartey@hotmail.com with a clear description of the problem. Where relevant, include your registered name, the phone number or email on your account, and the task or shop reference. Please do not send your Ghana Card images or full payout details by email.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign up a shop?

Open the G+ Onboarder app and start a new onboarding task. With the merchant's consent, enter their business details and capture the required shopfront photos in the app. Photos must be taken live in the app at the shop's actual location — the app records your device location at capture time to keep onboarding genuine. Submit the task for verification once complete.

How does KYC (identity verification) work?

Before you can be activated, you complete a one-time KYC step: your full name, date of birth, gender, clear front and back images of your Ghana Card, and a live selfie. Make sure the card images are sharp, well-lit, and show all corners. Verification usually completes within a short review period; you'll be notified in the app when you're approved.

How and when do I get paid?

You earn commission for verified, completed, and approved tasks. Payouts are sent to the Mobile Money (MoMo) or bank account you register in the app, processed through Hubtel. Keep your payout details accurate. Tasks that fail verification or are found fraudulent are not payable. If a payout looks missing or delayed, email us with the task reference and your account phone number.

Can I work offline?

You can capture merchant details and photos while you have little or no connection, and the app will hold them on your device. Tasks are submitted and verified once you're back online, so make sure to reconnect to sync and upload your work. Keep the app updated for the most reliable offline capture.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. There is a 30-day grace period before your account and personal data are permanently removed; you can cancel by signing back in during that period. For help, email angelonartey@hotmail.com.
